Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stella Global is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the company’s brand, marketing communications and trade marketing activities. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior marketing experience in the interior materials, building materials, architecture & design, or furniture\/furnishing industry, who understands how to market to architects, interior designers, contractors and property developers as well as end consumers.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Develop and execute the company’s annual marketing strategy and plan, aligned with business and sales objectives across hospitality, commercial and residential segments.<\/li>\n
  • Build and manage Stella Global’s brand identity, positioning and messaging across all channels in both Vietnamese and English markets.<\/li>\n
  • Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including website content, SEO, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo), email marketing and online lead generation.<\/li>\n
  • Organise and manage participation in trade shows, showroom events, supplier product launches and industry exhibitions (e.g. VIETBUILD, VIETARC, HOTELEX) to generate qualified leads.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to develop marketing collateral, product catalogues, case studies and project portfolios that support the sales pipeline.<\/li>\n
  • Manage relationships with manufacturing partners\/principals (e.g. Vescom, Brintons, Bolon, Phillip Jeffries, Voxflor, Serge Ferrari) on co-marketing initiatives, product launches and brand guidelines.<\/li>\n
  • Plan and oversee content creation: photography\/videography of completed projects, case studies, newsletters and press\/PR articles.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI of campaigns, and report on marketing performance and market insights to management.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and positioning within the interior materials and design & build industry.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise and develop junior marketing staff and external agencies\/vendors as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2\u20133 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in the interior materials, building materials, furniture, architecture & design (A&D) or related B2B\/B2D2C industry strongly preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in both digital marketing and offline\/trade marketing (events, exhibitions, showrooms).<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of branding, content development and marketing to design\/architecture audiences as well as homeowners.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese; good working proficiency in English (for liaising with regional offices and international suppliers).<\/li>\n
    • Strong project management, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n
    • Creative, proactive, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
