JOB SUMMARY
* Responsible for all sales and marketing activities related to assigned products and services.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product quality, delivery schedules, and installation execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Introduce and sell the Company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
* Develop sales plans, schedules, and sales forecasts for key target accounts.
* Monitor market developments and sales performance.
* Identify potential customers and follow up through calls, emails, and online communication channels.
* Prepare product presentations, quotations, and sales contracts.
* Maintain and enhance sales tools while continuously updating product knowledge.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Complete and update customer information in sales reports and CRM systems.
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
* Prepare reports covering activities and progress from initial contact through project completion.
* Communicate information regarding new products, services, market developments, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
* Implement sales initiatives and special programs to help reduce inventory levels.
* Monitor and follow up on customer payments and collections.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual marketing events.
* Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and related customer services.
* Provide on-the-job training and support to new sales staff when required.
* Maintain a professional attitude and conduct that enhances the Company’s image and reputation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Approximately 1 year of experience in a sales position.
* Experience in the interior design, building materials, furniture, or related industries is preferred.
* Experience working with contractors, architects, or design firms is an advantage.
* Basic English communication skills.
* English CVs are preferred.
