Job Summary

Stella Global is looking for Sales & Marketing Executives to grow our presence across the hospitality, commercial office and residential segments. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in product specification work — engaging architects and interior designers on material selection for hospitality, commercial office and residential projects — are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and project owners across hospitality, commercial office and residential segments.
  • Drive product specification of Stella Global’s material brands (carpets, wallcoverings, flooring, opening solutions, fabrics, decorative glass) into active design and construction projects.
  • Conduct product presentations, material samples introductions and technical briefings to design firms and project teams.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, specifications and tender submissions in coordination with the technical and procurement teams.
  • Follow up on projects from specification through to order confirmation, delivery and installation, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, and contribute to overall revenue growth across assigned accounts/segments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project pipelines and market intelligence (e.g. via CRM).
  • Support marketing initiatives such as trade events, showroom visits, supplier product launches and project case studies.
  • Stay current on design trends, competitor products and market pricing within the interior materials industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience in the interior materials, building materials, furniture or related A&D industry, with experience in product specification work with architects/interior designers strongly preferred.
  • Track record of working on hospitality, commercial office and/or residential projects.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing a project-based sales cycle.
  • Good command of English is an advantage (for liaising with international suppliers/partners).
  • Willingness to travel for client and site visits as required.
